Worship Sacrifice Over Prior From Alms For Disaster
Praise be to Allah, blessings and greetings hopefully shed for our master the Prophet Muhammad to his family, friends and all the good followers till the Day of Resurrection. Amma ba'du:
The reader who blessed God Ta'alaa
Recently our country are overwhelmed with grief by the various calamities that there is no quit, earthquake, tsunami or the eruption of Mount Merapi landslide.
This makes some of us are sensitive care about the state and the suffering that befell the victims of competing to provide assistance both materially and spiritually, especially since most victims were the Muslims in which every Muslim by another Muslim as a body part that if one part of the body suffers then others will feel the pain.
Incidentally soon we will welcome one of the great feast of Eid al-Adha in Islam which is identical with the sacrifice of worship, one of which is intended to help the poor including those now being overwritten disaster.
Logically us than we sacrifice by buying cows or goats that are on this season jumped the price, then after that we kill it and hand them out to the poor, especially the disaster struck, then we better just hand over money directly to those in need, of us working on it twice.
But Islam is not religion subterfuge that rely on logic alone but must be based on the example of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam who deliver sharia from Allaah, and the argument shall take precedence over logic. Moreover, the law relating to syarie, as a matter of virtue in worship.
So how to address this?
Let us consider the words of a great contemporary scholar Sheikh Uthaymeen rahimahullah in this regard:
Sheikh Uthaymeen rahimahullah said:
Sacrifice greater than charity with money senilainya or more.
It also sayings of Imam Ahmad rahimahullah.
Ibn Qayyim rahimahullah said: slaughter on time greater than charity with its value even greater than it is like in Hadyu and Sacrifice for slaughter and bleeding in his substance is intended as a worship which are often associated with prayer, as the word of God Ta'alaa: (then pray to your Lord and Butcher) [Surah Al-Kauthar: 2]. And His words: (say true prayer, sembelihanku, my life and my death only to Allah Lord of the Worlds) [Surat al-An'am: 162]. So in every doctrine of worship prayer and slaughter can not be replaced.
Which showed that more major sacrifice of alms with its value is practice Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam and the Muslims, their first sacrifice, if the charity with money worth more sacrificial main course they will give alms only, and not Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wasallam practice deeds Afdhal which continues to be less since he lived in Medina until his death, even though he never do that. Moreover charity more easily than sacrifice, but God willed that are easy for His servants.
Which showed that more major sacrifice of alms with its value is overwritten when the human tragedy of hunger in the time of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam, he was not ordered to divert money to the needy, he even set their sacrifices but commanded them to distribute the meat to the needy as narrated in Shahihain from Salamah ibn Akwa 'radi anhushallallahu' alaihi wasallam said: (Whoever among you who sacrifices, then do not be on the third day there was still some meat at home) and then when next year they bertaya: O Messenger of Allah, whether we do like we did years then? So he sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam said: (Eat and give to others and save them, because last year people were starving and I want you to help them).
In Saheeh Al-Bukhari, 'Ayesha asked the Messenger of Allah anha radi about allow the meat to be eaten more than three days? Then he said: The Messenger sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam did except in years of famine because he wants the rich to give to the poor.
Which showed that more major sacrifice of alms with its value is that the scholars differ in terms of its obligations and that the opinion sunna muakadah most of those states that are capable of ruling makruh left and some states that when residents leave their country will be fought, we did not know that This applies to the sunna charity.

Because the instructions Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam more mainstream so that we follow in a state of calamity kelaparanpun the Muslims when it does not leave the altar only changing the distribution mechanisms.
