Concern of a Leader

Learning is the key word of a success, hatta with leadership. The success of Umar bin Khattab as a pious leader figure is because he learned in the functioning of the eyes, heart and ear with the truth. No taboo and allergies in criticism from anyone, even the common people though.
One day the caliph undercover, and approached a mother whose child hunger. Omar earned it spicy words for him. "It is unjust Umar bin Khattab for letting its people starve!" Was Umar angry? Apparently not. At other times, even Umar very grateful to a young man brandishing a sword, saying, "When Umar ibn Khattab deviant, this sword that will make it right." Criticism of a mother whose child hunger and a young man told Umar is a form of love for their leader. Not occurred to any of Omar's mind that those who criticize it intends to drop it. Omar realized, as a leader must have people who always reminded him if he deviates, and the various criticisms that are addressed to him is a whip to do better. Our leaders at any level is actually capable of doing his duties properly as long as they want to learn from the journey and success of godly leaders. One of them is Omar ibn Khattab, how his personality, daily life, and her responsibilities as a leader. Except, our leaders are blind eye, heart, ears, and do not want to learn how to protect, carry out responsibilities and meet the people's rights from the previous leaders. |
If in fact like that, the destruction of the address a matter of time, and people can not be blamed if then take the fight to uphold truth, honesty, and fairness. A great injustice when a leader is only satisfy carnal lust, concerned with personal needs, family, relatives, and ignore the public interest. My heart and ears are never used to understand and listen to what the complaints, suffering and needs of its people.
There is still time. Hopefully our leaders want to learn and more concerned with private rather than public affairs and studied them.
